About the Role
Looking for a sous chef and line cooks for a busy up and coming season, which runs from middle of April to November 1st with an option to run over the holidays with events.
Offering first class experience to guests from all over the world.
Working on Galiano Island located in the southern gulf islands. Only an hour ferry ride from Vancouver. Would have to relocate for the season. Accommodations available for a small fee
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast paced environment
Works well as a team and follows direction from the executive chef
Fine dining experience an asset
Good knife skills
Takes pride in what they do and runs a clean kitchen
