Requirements
Preparing and cooking menu items
Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Highlight the restaurants very own farm by utilizing seasonal vegetables and fruits through creative weekly features
Oversee proper cleaning and sanitation of work area and all related kitchen equipment
Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff
Meet deliverables set out by the Executive Chef, General Manager or Assistant
General Manager
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Food Safe certificate
5+ years of culinary experience and a passion for creating positive guest experiences
Ability to push, pull, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
Possess a positive attitude and works well with other team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership abilities
Excellent multitasking and effective time management skills
Efficient and organized with attention to detail
Strong communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and perform at an independent, accountable, and dependable level
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs
