About the Role
Are you organized, have a passion for the travel industry and an impressive attention to detail? This might be the role for you! Kiwi Collection is currently looking to add a Reservations Administrative assistant who will support our Customer Service and Reservations team with some of the administrative tasks for the department. Our ideal candidate will be extremely detailed, organized and strong multi-tasking skills.
We offer work from home option with the occasional requirement to visit our Vancouver office. Schedule can be flexible for the right candidate
Requirements
Supports reservations team with administrative and operational tasks
Supports reservations team with incoming calls and e-mail when required.
Handles incoming customer support requests related to rate match inquiries.
Assists our reservations payments team with payment fulfilment for existing reservations
Works closely with our luxury hotel partners to ensure all our reservation details are in place prior to guest arrival
Assists with monthly reports
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Superior attention to detail a must
Excellent written communication
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Good knowledge and proficiency of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe
Experience with SalesForce preferred but not required
Open to learning & adapting to changing requirements
Flexibility with shifts depending on the department’s needs
Customer Service – Hotel experience an asset but not required
