The Prep Cook-Dishwasher supports the operations of the culinary team by assisting in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, health and safety, sanitation, and food storage. The environment is bustling with three unique kitchens within the property providing complete food and beverage services to our local, hotel and business guests. Requirements
Responsible for washing and storage of all F&B service ware and utensils
Participates in food preparation and maintenance of storage areas
Responsible for the delivery of culinary and kitchen supplies
Assists in the rotation for food items and supplies
Ensures the highest standards of sanitation are met throughout the kitchen by following departmental standards
Ideal Candidate
Works effectively within a team and recognize when to provide support to other kitchen team members
Is self-disciplined and motivated
Self-starts on tasks and can respond to varying business volumes as they relate to impacts on the kitchen
Is physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment and can safely lift heavy loads around 35kg
