About the Role

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive traffic, and boost bookings.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns across various platforms.
Oversee all aspects of the resort’s social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
Manage and update the resort’s website to ensure it reflects current offerings, promotions, and a seamless user experience.
Oversee strategic paid media campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. This includes campaign oversight, budget management, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and performance.
Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social media efforts, and website traffic.
Manage and optimize email marketing and blog posts.
Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial campaigns and promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
Develop and distribute press releases and promotional materials to enhance the resort’s media presence.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Craft compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including website content, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
Attend relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the resort’s presence and connections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an asset

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing management role.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO practices, and CRM platforms.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in partnership management.

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Adobe DC.

  • Job Type: Permanent

  • Schedule: Full Time – Monday to Friday

  • Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per annum
