Requirements
Collaborate with our culinary team to develop innovative menu items featuring cured and smoked meats.
Oversee the curing and smoking process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety protocols.
Manage inventory, procurement, and storage of meat and related supplies.
Assist with various kitchen tasks, including prep work, cooking, and plating.
Assist in managing catering orders, organization, and execution while providing support in restaurant operations and during catering events as required.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sanitation guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience (3-5 years) as a Sous-Chef, Kitchen Leader, or similar role in a restaurant or catering setting.
Proven expertise in curing and smoking a variety of meats, including but not limited to bacon, ham, and sausage.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
