REQUIRED
Senior management experience in a complex business environment in the tourism industry.
Proven record of success in developing, launching, and operating attractions. Outdoor experiences, entertainment, education programming and extreme sport events.
Experience in risk management best practices.
Food and beverage, and retail management experience
Excellent strategic planning and business acumen, with a focus on achieving financial targets and driving growth.
AN ASSET
Marketing and branding, sales, and event experience
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
Salary/Wage
100k +
