About the Role
We are looking for two front desk receptionists to join our team. Front desk is the first point of contact for guests visiting our hotel. We are looking for someone with a pleasant demeanor, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. You must be comfortable with computers, learning new software and interacting over the phone, email and in person with guests and coworkers alike.
Having experience in hotels or a service-based industry is an asset, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements
Computer literacy (can learn new operation software with ease)
Effective written and verbal communication in English
Guest services experience in hospitality or service-oriented role an asset
Able to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
Strong interpersonal skills
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Stamina to stand for long periods
