About the Role

The Front Desk Agent is a central part of a dynamic team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the property, this department carries a special responsibility. We are currently accepting application for the position of full-time Front Desk Agent.
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about the property, including:
rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to guests’ requests in a timely and professional manner
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Education in hospitality, tourism, or hotel management is a plus
Salary/Wage
$19.00 per hour to start, plus commissions
