About the Role

Working in the Bacchus Bistro, the ideal candidate will have a passion for wine, food and an attention for detail and quality.

Requirements

  • Preparing and plating meals with high quality control

  • Able to communicate loud, clear and concise

  • Work within a galley style kitchen in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to uphold a level of cleanliness for your area

  • Able to function in a high volume, high paced environment

  • Have a positive and team-oriented attitude

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Able to work Wednesday – Sunday, Lunch and/or Dinner Shifts

  • Ability to treat associates and guests with respect

  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to adapt to different situations, and be willing to keep learning

  • Hold a valid Food Safe Certificate (Or equivalent)

  • Ability to work in Canada
