What your day will look like:
As the Club Lounge Associate you are an ambassador for the Hotel, as you greet our guests at our Club Lounge. You have the art of the conversation down pat and can strike up a conversation with anyone at any time. You will show case your talents as a Club Lounge Associate and ensure each piece of dining ware is flawless and sparkling and all food at our buffets is fresh and well presented. As a true professional, you love to tell our kitchen about the special limitations that our guests have with their diets. • Deliver excellent hospitality service by connecting with guests and customers in a respectful and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate your passion for guest experience and display your love for food and drinks through exceptional menu and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Must be available to start as early as 5am and work as late as 11pm.

  • Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work all shifts.

  • Must be available on evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn, friendly and enthusiastic, with a passion for hospitality.

  • Must be self-directed and comfortable working alone, in addition to working cohesively with a team.

  • Must be fluent in English, a second language is an asset.

  • Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Experience with Micros or POS, Lightspeed or Opera systems is an asset.

  • Experience with Microsoft Word or Excel is an asset.

  • Must have Serving it Right Certification. Food Safe Certificate is an asset.

  • Previous Food & Beverage, Concierge or Front Office experience is an asset.

  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours in length and be able to lift up to 30lbs on a regular and continuing basis and 50lbs occasionally.


Salary/Wage

$22.35-$26.50 per hour
