About the Role
This position is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work in-office at least three times per week, requiring the successful candidate to be located in the Greater Victoria region.

Requirements
What you need to bring:
Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
Five or more years of senior level experience in Tourism and Travel Trade.
Five or more years of experience in the travel industry with sales expertise specifically in travel trade.
Prior work experience with a destination marketing organization preferred.
Superb writing, content development and editing skills.
Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, including internal, presentation and public speaking.
Proactive, solutions focused, able to work collaboratively with the team to deliver results.
A valid driver’s license is preferred for frequent travel.
Salary/Wage
$68,000-$80,000 annually
