About the Role
This role is a member of our kitchen leadership team, responsible
for the execution of meal periods, team member training and development, and the general success of kitchen operations including but not limited to:
– ordering/receiving
– recipe development and implementation
– team member conflict resolution
– inventory management
– equipment maintenance
– upholding cleaning schedules/standards
Requirements
Valid foodsafe certificate
5 years kitchen experience in a fine dining environment
previous experience in a sous chef/leadership role
in depth knowledge of classical and contemporary culinary techniques
have a positive, upbeat attitude/personality
be willing and able to work as part of a team
be willing and able to accept constructive criticism
be a reliable, hard working team member that leads by example
Salary/Wage
60-70K per year all-in
