About the Role
· Assist the Executive Chef in all operation of the kitchen
Production, preparation and presentation of all food services
· Monitor staffing levels
· Inventory control and food and labour costing
· Conduct and oversee monthly inventory
· Participate in menu planning as required
· Quality service and food presentation control
· Work in compliance with all health and safety regulations
· Positive development and motivation for the kitchen team
· Establish and maintain open, communications with the front of house Team
