Position Details:
Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Vancouver, BC
Requirements
Crafting meticulously detailed trip proposals and quotes for exclusive private tours and bespoke itineraries.
Building personal connections with our valued clients, spanning hotel concierges, travel agencies, and direct consumers, from the very first deposit to the post-trip follow-up.
Ensuring all payments are tracked diligently, and sending out balance payment invoices promptly.
Delivering peace of mind with paid receipts, invoices, and essential travel documents.
Conducting thorough reviews of the final travel itineraries to guarantee accuracy and the inclusion of all necessary documents.
Providing top-notch customer service by responding to phone calls and emails courteously and efficiently.
Coordinating our guides for confirmed tours.
Preparing vouchers and documents for attractions, transportation and hotel accommodations enhancing our guests’ travel experiences.
Qualifications:
Showcasing exceptional organizational talents and a passion for the finer details.
Proficient in written and verbal communication, with a knack for using software tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks.
An adaptable, proactive mindset, capable of smoothly transitioning between evolving priorities.
A self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Possessing in-depth knowledge of Vancouver, Victoria, Squamish, and Whistler, including the most popular tourist destinations.
Service-oriented, with the ability to cultivate and nurture productive client relationships by actively seeking information to cater to their specific needs.
A background in tourism management or related fields, paired with an unbridled passion for travel and a sincere enthusiasm for creating extraordinary travel experiences.
Candidates must have Canadian permanent residency or a valid working visa.
Additional language skills in Spanish, though not mandatory, are considered a valuable asset
