About the Role
The Nightclub Bar Manager will oversee the bar operations for a high-energy venue. Primary responsibilities will include managing liquor inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing employee operations, and maintaining a vibrant and efficient bar environment. This position will report to the Nightclub’s General Manager. This is a part-time position.
Requirements
Inventory and Supply Logistics: Take responsibility for the full cycle of liquor inventory management, including maintaining accurate records of liquor inventory, ordering, personally conducting pickups, and ensuring timely restocking to meet demand.
Purchasing and Sundry Management: Responsible for various purchases beyond liquor, ensuring adequate supplies for operational needs.
Employee Management: Handle the recruitment process, collaborate with HR for hiring, schedule staff, approve timesheets, and oversee day-to-day management of bar employees.
Float Management: Supervise cash flow and maintain an accurate accounting of the float for smooth operations.
Compliance with Liquor Control Act: Ensure strict adherence to all regulations outlined by the Liquor Control Act, guaranteeing the responsible service of alcohol.
Garbage and Recycling: Oversee waste management processes, ensuring proper disposal and recycling practices are followed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Driver’s License Required: Must possess a valid driver’s license
Management Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, specifically in bar management.
Understanding of Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with liquor control laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance within the establishment.

Ability to work in a culturally diverse work space without personal judgments or bias.
