About the Role
The Guest Service Agent’s main duty is to take care of our guests through the entire stay process – from reservations to post-departure. This involves communicating through different mediums while using office apps as well as our Property Management System (RoomMaster).
Our small size also means that you will have different tasks and problems that arise to which you may need to improvise and make decisions. You may also need to help other departments. As an apartment hotel, your knowledge of in-suite appliances and entertainment will be required as part of the role. Training will be detailed in all areas.
We have both morning and afternoon shifts over weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
Relevant experience with guest/customer service
Sales/Reservations skills
Proficiency with office apps
Well-organized, with the ability to handle pressure and multi-tasking
Knowledge of Vancouver attractions, transportation and local services
Reliable
Available for predominantly weekend and evening shifts 3 to 5 days per week
Fluency in written and verbal English
Able to work legally in Canada

Minimum $21 or higher depending on experience
