About the Role
We are looking for people who are passionate about French cooking, learning, and growing within a small business. We work with local suppliers/farmers to provide a West Coast approach to French classics. This position offers lots of room for creativity via daily features, monthly menu changes, special prix fixe menus, private bookings etc. Working in a small team, you will help the Executive chef in day to day operations while focusing on the food.
Hourly wage to start, weekly tips, daily available after 3 months, annual bonus, staff incentives, discounts at our sister restaurants, benefits after 1 year.
Schedule 40 hours, 4 day work week available.
Requirements
Must have a valid BCFoodSafe level 1.
